Need to make a return?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for a refund within 30 days of placing your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in resellable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a return
To request a return, please contact us at support@dakine.co.uk and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
- Confirmation that the item is unused and in its original condition
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return labels are valid for 14 days from the date of issue, and items must be sent within this timeframe.
Items must be returned in their original packaging or suitable protective packaging. We cannot accept packages returned in shrink wrap or with handles or wheels protruding from the parcel, as this may result in damage during transit.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping
For mainland UK returns, a £4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using our return label.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after receiving the returned item, or 14 days after receiving proof that the item has been returned.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Condition of returned items
Returned items must be in their original condition. If items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return your original item for a refund.
14-day cooling-off period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at support@dakine.co.uk.
Once you have notified us, items must be returned within 14 days and must be in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging where possible.
If you cancel your order within this period, we will refund the cost of the item and the standard delivery option paid at checkout. Any upgraded delivery services are non-refundable.
