Promotional Period:
The promotion runs from 09:00 (GMT) on 24 October 2025 until 23:59 (GMT) on 4 November 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).
Entries received outside these dates will not be valid.

1. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

• Employees, agents, or affiliates of Dakine, its distributors, or any associated companies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.

• Internet access and a valid email address are required.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2. How to Enter

1. To participate, entrants must sign up via the Dakine website during the Promotional Period.

2. The purpose of the sign-up is to allow Dakine to:

   • Inform the customer of the official Dakine UK site live date.

   • Provide early access to shop.

   • Offer member benefits such as flash discounts, early product updates, and exclusive news.

3. Upon completing the sign-up form, customers will be invited to spin the digital “Spin-to-Win” wheel hosted via Klaviyo.

4. Each participant may spin once per person and once per email address during the Promotional Period. Duplicate entries may be voided.

3. Prizes

Participants will have a chance to win one of the following:

• 1x pair of Dakine Sector Snow Goggles

• 1x £250 Dakine UK Gift Voucher

• £10 Dakine discount code

• £5 Dakine discount code

• Or no prize

All prizes are randomly allocated and subject to availability. Discount codes are valid only on the Dakine UK website and must be used within the expiry date stated in the winner notification email.

4. Winner Notification & Prize Fulfilment

• Winners will be notified immediately on-screen via a success message after spinning the wheel.

• Winners will also receive a confirmation email within 72 hours providing instructions on how to claim their prize.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

• Dakine reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR Compliance)

• By entering, participants acknowledge that Dakine will process their personal data for the purpose of administering this promotion and fulfilling prizes.

• Personal data will be handled in accordance with Dakine’s [Privacy Policy link] and UK GDPR requirements.

6. General Conditions

Dakine reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant found to have breached these Terms & Conditions or tampered with the entry process.

• Dakine is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, corrupted, or incomplete due to technical issues.

• The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Dakine reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
